Although LED's are rapidly changing the growing world, HPS is not to be disregarded here. They are the most common type of Lights used today and should not be taken for granted. They have their own set of advantages and can be manipulated to achieve the growth you are looking for. Some experienced growers have gone on to recommend HID Lights saying that they have seen better growth with them.
